If trauma, shame, or a quiet distance from God has lingered in your story, you are not alone in it. Here, healing is possible, and you are welcome just as you are.

This is a space where healing is possible and you are welcome exactly as you are.

I buried the pain. I threw myself into my career. I let bitterness take root and told myself I was fine. All the while, God was waiting for me to stop surviving and actually let Him in.

I know what it feels like to carry something heavy for so long that you stop believing it will ever get lighter. I know what it feels like to love God and still feel far from Him. And I know what it feels like when He finally meets you in the broken place you were too ashamed to show anyone.

That is what this space is about.

All the while, God was gently drawing me out of survival and into something more whole.

I spent more than 20 years trying to heal my way.
It didn't work.

seen and held by God

There are seasons when the soul feels like a house after a storm: furniture overturned, windows rattling, silence thick with dust and debris. This free 7-day journal is not about “fixing” yourself in seven days. It is about making space for honesty, tenderness, and the steady presence of God in places that may have felt abandoned for a long time. It’s about taking the first step toward healing, listening, and looking for a God who sees you and delights in you.
